Hello, I'm Yoo Jeong-hoon from Wellness unit. I have been working at Soon Chun Hyang University Hospital for a year and nine months, and I am in charge of guiding patients who visited the hospital. And to provide various services, I voluntarily learned kiosk management from teachers in the Department of hospital administration, and with a little English skill, I am also providing simple guidance to foreign visitors. I had a goal of becoming a kind employee and posting my name and picture on the bulletin board, and I feel good and satisfied to achieve that goal this time.

I had to save money to become independent, and I wanted to buy the necessary items by myself. Therefore, Taiwha Fountatin House introduced me to the employment place of Soonchunhyang University Hospital, and now I'm working hard with the goal of ending the expiration date.

I feel most proud when the patients who are guided by me say thank you for your kind help. There are people who often come to see me for medical treatment, and I feel good because they compliment me for taking care of snacks and responding kindly. Some people said that their prejudice against the disabled was broken when they saw me working, and some other hospital staff offered to work with me after the expiration date.

I always maintain my focus on work and strive to maintain a positive mindset to avoid stress. I believe that being kind and responding to patients with a warm smile brings me a sense of fulfillment. I am grateful to Taiwha Fountain House helping me maintain my employment through job links, monthly job site meetings, and annual associations. Whenever I go to Taiwha Fountain House when I’m on vacation, I always feel a warm welcome, and it gives me a tremendous amount of strength to know that everyone care and think about me.
